- Placing Your Order
Please place your orders no later than August 31. Orders are filled and shipped in order received. However, if you will be on vacation and need delivery on a certain date, please be sure to let us know.- Method of Payment
Payment must be included with your order. We accept PERSONAL CHECKS, VISA, MASTERCARD and MONEY ORDERS. No C.O.D. orders accepted. All California orders, please include 7.125% state sales tax. MINIMUM ORDER $20.00- Substitution of Plants
Occasionally we run short of a certain variety. If you allow us to substitute, we will match the iris order as closely as possible using a flower of equal or greater value. If you do not mark the substitution choice on your order form, we will interpret this as a YES.- Shipping
Shipping is Postal Service or UPS. Always include your street address for sure delivery.- Bonus or Extra Iris
We do our best to include "extras" in each order. We also try not to duplicate what you have ordered in past years.- About the Catalog
